As of May 17 at midnight, Wiwi’s readers have cast more than 24,000 votes in the poll “Who Will Win Eurovision 2010?” At the moment, Turkey and Spain are locked in a two-way race to the finish.

Two weeks ago, when Wiwi last issued an update, Spain sat on top with 43% of all votes and Turkey followed with 27%. This week, however, Turkey has pushed Spain into second place, and the two now claim 39% and 37% of all votes respectively. The countries in third through eighth place remain unchanged—Germany, Armenia, Israel, Azerbaijan, Poland and Serbia. This week’s biggest mover is Romania. Paula Seling and Ovi have jumped from 13th position to 9th.

You can see the complete results below, along with some extra footage. If you click on the artist’s name you’ll be taken to a page that features more information about them, a video, or an interview. When possible, I’ve also embedded a video of their first Eurovision rehearsal to help you get a sense of how they actually sing (as opposed to how they are digitally enhanced by producers). I’ll update this as the remaining videos become available.

Please keep the votes coming, and be sure to tell your friends on Facebook and Twitter to vote for your favorite contestant! The poll is at the very bottom of this post, or you can simply click here. And if you need to refresh your memory, you can watch all 39 Eurovision preview videos by clicking here.
