Filipa Ruas: Will Portugal send another Filipa?

The race to represent Portugal at Eurovision 2011 hotted up this week as the public cast votes online in the first stage of Festival da Canção, the Portuguese national selection. They narrowed the field from 24 hopefuls to the following 12 finalists. Broadcaster RTP also released detailed results of that vote, which put the traditional sounds of Homens da Luta on top. They were followed by Wanda Stuart, who, we suspect, may not actually be Portuguese. In any case, enjoy their songs and let Wiwi know what you think! Portugal casts its final vote during a live televised final on March 5.
