As the confetti fell and fans waved their massive flags, Ell & Nikki took to the stage for an encore performance of “Running Scared.” It was obvious for at least 10 minutes beforehand that the duo would win, and in that time they made a decision to change the lyrics from “I adore you” to “We adore you” to honor the viewers that crowned them the king and queen of Eurovision 2011.
