Eurovision 2011 Aritsts Top iTunes Charts with Jedward and Ell & Nikki Leading the Way 3
It’s been nearly 48 hours since the Eurovision finale, and Eurovision artists are already climbing the iTunes charts. Azerbaijan’s Ell & Nikki appear on the most Top 10 lists (seven in total), and have reached #1 in Luxembourg. Denmark’s A Friend in London appear on five charts, and Ireland’s Jedward on four. Interestingly, Jedward topped all four lists they appear on. That supports the idea they’re a divisive act: you either love them or hate them. But apparently if a market loves them, they really, really love them. Here’s the complete list ordered by the number of markets a contestant cracked.
Azerbaijan’s Ell & Nikki with “Running Scared”: #1 in Luxembourg, #2 in Greece, #2 in Sweden, #2 in Switzerland, #5 in Germany, #9 in Norway, #10 in Austria
