It’s about to get hot in London’s Shadow Lounge, y’all! That’s because the fifth annual London Eurovision Party takes place next on Saturday 29 April. Seven artists competing at Eurovision 2012 will be on stage. You stare into the eyes of Sabina Babayeva from Azerbaijan; listen to Portugal’s Filipa Sousa shriek into a microphone; see if Eva Boto from Slovenia brings her shower luffas with her for decoration; and find out whether Valentina Monetta is still on the computer talking to strange men. Donny Montell from Lithuania, Compact Disco from Hungary and France’s Anggun—she of Photoshopped legs—will also make appearances. Oh yeah, and Omar Naber who represented Slovenia back in 2005.

Doors open at 7pm, and acts will make their way to the stage—which normally has a stripper poll at its center—around 8:30pm. Deban, a U.K. correspondent for WiwiBloggs.Com, will be on the scene dishing dirt with contestants backstage—and shaking mit his popo—until 3am. Be sure to come back to download on the event. If the Buranovskiye Babushki wrote a song about this, they’d called it “London Eurovision Party for Everybody.” Oh yes they would! Tickets cost £25 and you can purchase them here. According to the London Eurovision Party Twitter feed, there were only 30 tickets left on 19 April—so act fast!
