It looks like there is a silver lining to Soluna Samay. The Danish singer, who led Denmark to a disappointing 23rd place in Baku, has inspired fellow songwriters to right her wrong. A record 692 songs were submitted to state broadcaster DR for next year’s Dansk Melodi Grand Prix—Denmark’s national selection.

That bests the 2009 record, when DR received a total of 684 songs. Last year Soluna’s “Should’ve Known Better” overcame a challenge from 678 other songs.

Word has it that Niels Brink, who sang “Believe Again,” is back. But who else do y’all wanna see slug it out for a chance to represent Denmark? That drag queen DQ? Or what about that Asian chick Chanee from 2010? Let Wiwi know below!

About chanee, she released this summer a great tune.
And i love so much danish contestants and dgmp, that song ( samay)
i think was a little bit understandable eurovision need stupid lyrics or easy lyrics, gender popular, and much more.

Just one word and repeat 30 times, maybe i’m wrong, but the samay’s song was too much elaborated, but it’s a good song, high level.
