As of 10pm on April 23, Wiwibloggs readers had cast a total of 8,904 votes in our poll to determine who will win Eurovision 2013. Serbia’s Moje 3 continue to lead with 15% of all votes. But their lead has narrowed since we last checked in on April 10, when they controlled nearly 18% of all votes.

Alyona is rising fast in our poll

Ukraine’s Zlata Ognevich has reason to be smiling. Just as her odds continue to narrow with the bookies, she has made significant gains here. On April 10 she sat in fifth place with 6% of all votes. Today she sits in second with 8.4%. Denmark’s Emmelie de Forest remains in third—despite a lackluster warm-up session at the London Eurovision Party. Romania’s Cezar has fallen from second to fourth, while Holland’s Anouk has fallen from fourth to fifth. Belarus, Norway, Germany, San Marino and Azerbaijan round out the top 10. Perhaps Azerbaijani heartthrob Farid Mammadov will climb the rankings after his YouTube workout series goes live!

The biggest climber this week is Alyona Lanskaya from Belarus. The “Solayoh” singer, who gave a sizzling performance at Eurovision in Concert, has jumped from 31st position on April 10 all the way to sixth. Perhaps Europe is warming to her Latin fire. (You can read the Wiwi Jury review by clicking here).

This poll closes on May 18 on the eve of the grand finale. Who do you think should be rated higher in our poll? Is Emmelie’s victory less certain than the bookies want you to believe? Have Serbian fans taken over our poll and stitched up a win for their girls? Or could Moje 3 really win Eurovision? Let us know in the comments section below!

these polls are ridiculus..because where there are large populations of course the polls are in favour of them….I will never expect Malta to be top of these polls because there are much fewer people possible to vote thasn there are in other countries….so seeing my country in the top ten places means that on the night it can do better:):):):):):) Malta rules….the only song that stands out!!!!!

just a little reminder for Agustin Pulido:Serbia is one of few countries which is not using foreign languages for their songs.maybe they don`t have always quality, but theirs identity, language, and passion exist`s,and they are still not using english in their songs just for a purpose to be liked by,so called”democratic western countries”.I agree that this song is not the best this year, but I can also remember when terrible songs were winning this competition,so let`s just enjoy the music, and stop talking about some things without thinking about them properly!!!!

When 50 years ago triumphed song from Western Europe Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark …. Europe was not a problem and it was the host of voting and that have regular participants such as Spain, Italy, England, France, Germany, merit, and I do not know what quality it nothing happens. But now is the biggest problem why the rest of Europe vote turned ex-Yugoslav or ex-Soviet country.I’m glad that’s because you’re a hypocrite and God forbid that you always were winning country from the east of Europe. So this year, I vote for the most beautiful girls from Serbia –… Read more »

Dear ,August i am respect you opinion, well i am not sure about east/west taste will see, becouse Serbs taste are more like to western kind of music, but Serbia is South of Europe dont forget, as our musical heritage,so might south Europe would like it as well.Moje 3 have a lots of fans in Spain ,Greece ,Italy even Albania,as well Argentina or Usa..I think that if this is a Globalvison we would get 12 points from Latin and North America,China seems to me.

Dear Dex:

Sorry to let you down but Serbia this year entry is yet one of those eurotrashy poppy tunes sung by nice over madeup girls that makes the whole act as tasteless as tacky- Not to mention the way they are dressed!!!….West Europe wont be impressed at all. But East whatever might like! Goood Luck anyway!!!

I dont know if Moje 3 will winn ,but it seems that esc community likes them a lot,no wander, girls are very cut, fiendly, beautifull vocies song is classic pop but strangely original.English version is just amasing, and it is a positive shock with instrumental arrangments ,i am started to be just”confused”like Nevena:)which version of song is better.
Girls also have strong support from Marija Serifovic and LGBT community in Serbia,as so friendly.

Globalization is killing Eurovision… It used to be good but now its all about wannabes “dejá ecuté” tunes. My personal top 5 are: Chyprus, Italy, San Marino, France and my own country Spain. This top 5 contains: Identity, sophistication, quality, passion and repect to their own vernacular language!!!

After Alexander Green mentioned that Belarus were overrated with the bookies last week… maybe we’re all forcing him to eat his own words!

I do agree with Wiwi Bloggs on her performance at the Eurovision in Concert. She was surprisingly good though!

If this is to be believed, Georgia will not even make it to the final and Russia could just barely scrape it…not exactly realistic. 😛

Actual votes will be on Eurovision 🙂 here are just votes from their own countries 🙂
Good luck everyone 🙂

Jo is right. People vote for their own country in polls all over the Internet, not just here. And in real life at the real Eurovision Serbs outside of Serbia vote for Serbs, Turks outside of Turkey vote for Turks, etc. No surprises! I know the only people voting for Bonnie Tyler are Brits abroad…that song is awful lol

To AlAlekoff, why not remove the local voting from all the others then? Why do you think only Serbians (plus probably ex-Yugoslavia states) and Romanians vote for their representatives here?

AlAlekoff

Removing the obvious local voting on Serbia and Romania I’d say that could very well be the top 5. Not too sure it will be in that order, but still it is accurate enough.

I’d bet on Norway, Georgia or San Marino all the way. Denmark is not worth the deal!

And I’d bet my money that Belarus surprises a lot of people. TOP 4!!!
