Vebooboo: Emmelie de Forest starts this song on her knees with her mouth open waiting for the best three minutes of her life. It is also the best three minutes of mine. Emmelie worked it today and made me quiver. This is a deserving winner. Let’s hope Europe agrees.

Wiwi: Team Wiwi stepped into the Arena today to watch Emmelie de Forest’s second rehearsal and it was really emotional. She gave me the chill bumps. She’s wearing a lot more make-up than at Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, but she’s kept everything else the same—from the backdrop to the choreography. That flute player—with the head shaved on the sides—is still seriously hot. Emmelie has clearly taken a cue from Loreen, as the act opens with the camera panning in on her and then her face. We hope the floor is clean because she spends a bit of time down there. The one part of this act that I don’t really like is the bit where she gets all stalker crazy and starts circling her flute player. Here she is with crazy in her eye.

Not a winner for me. Her vocals is so poor, she’s struggling with high notes. Song is just an average. She reminds me of Rybak, Lena, Loreen at the same time, but Not a Winner

I am not happy with the makeup they plasted on her. Emmelie’s scraggy hair and lack of makeup in the nationals fit in *perfectly* with her song and what it was trying to say, and now they just ruined that effect by trying to Barbie-her up. I always said this song was a good song – not amazing, but very, very overrated, and now with the decline in interest, she might find a lower placing than expected.

The song is good, but not a winner. I think Ukraine, San Marino, Netherlands, or Norway deserve to win

Vocally she is average indeed, compared to other female singers (Anouk, Zlata, Bonnie). The show is blitzy but so are many others. I wonder if the average Eurovision viewer, who doesn’t know who the favourite is, would pick her out of the entire lot. I wouldn’t bet on it (sic!).

Ok, the staging is absolutely fabulous. But her vocals are not top, the look in her eyes is very weird, and she has very little stage presence…
