It’s not a very original song but a fine winner for me. It wasn’t a Euphoria moment when Emmelie won but I’m happy for her. It’s nice to see Eurovision going to Denmark again 😉

This is not how I imagine the top 10.. Especially the winner.. Denmark has an average song, with average lyrics and voice as well.. definitely, not the winner.. but to much overrated :S .. Anouk has the best song, with powerful lyrics and that something special that no one had it in this show.. but she finished 9th.. It is sad, when you realize that there are to many people out there who doesn’t understand music.. If I can describe Anouk’s song, I would say that this is a piece of art, a rare thing that nowadays almost never happens..

My last comment – some of the presenters of the points from different countries looked really freaking scary and barely put two words together. I mean, why did they appear on screen? I am worried for my children in the future.

Despite the controversy he created, Cezar´s voice and show were PERFECT (those who did not like it, please, do not comment here, let me treasure my joy!). Thank you Greece for 10 points, shame on you Moldova (we always give you 12 points and our Romanian citizenship, so that you can travel freely to the EU!!). Well, isn´t this politics, my friends? Cezar – the winner of our hearts, a perfect artist! LOVE YOU!

There will always be friendly voting between countries like we’ve seen (Greece-Cyprus, Netherlands-Belgium, Norway-Sweden-Denmark, but also the former Yugoslavijan countries). Russia, Turkey and Armenia always will get a lot of votes from their huge diaspora. Especially those last three countries have a head start in the competition and they will reach the final in most cases, even with bad songs. That is just geography and politics. But in the end you need a great song to win the contest. Ik think we have a good winner with the Danish song: congratulations for Denmark and also for Azerbaijan and Ukraine for… Read more »

@harriet krohn no as far as i know we dont have many people from azerbajian liveing here .many people who live here are comeing from the u.k and italy but the reason i see that we always give the 12 points to azerbjain is that in eurovision there is a strong bond between the two countyes they always send there singer here before eurovision to promete him or her .and let us be onest most of the time they have a very good song to so its not a mistake to give them the 12 point thats the way i… Read more »

Azerbaijan was actually really good. But I would really love seeing Azerbaijan sending a song that has been written by Azeris and not Swedes or Greeks. This year Azerbaijan’s song writer and choregrapher were Greek. And the other years except 2008 I think, their songs where written by Swedes/

The 10 Country – Malta,Russia,Bulgaria,Greece,Georgia,Lithuania,Hungary, Israel, Austria and Montenegro gave 12 points to Azerbaijan. So some of u can’t say that it’s only neighbours of votes right ? ;/ and if u have looked at Scandinawian votes u can see there neighbours votes : D Noone Scandinawian gave points to Aze, but Aze has gave points to them : ) Well, anyway congratulations 🙂

Wow. We are just so happy with our 9th place! Who would have guessed that after eight years of not qualifying we would end up becoming 9th? Just wonderfull! We didn’t win, but for us it feels like we won. 9th place! 🙂 Congratulations to Denkmark! Copenhagen 2014! For me personal, In my opinion, the true winner was send home early and that’s San Marino. In my opinion she should have won ESC 2013. The best song this year, in my opinion. But to the people of San Marino: don’t give up! We didn’t gave up either, and look, we… Read more »

Victory without glory…. what a crappy Eurovision, long live Scandinavia and Mama Russia. Feel sorry for Ireland (last place? come on!!), and for many others. I wonder why many countries are stubborn and still want to take part in this humiliating political game.

Im so happy for Denmark!, It couldn’t be better I think it was the best performance of this year. And Im so proud of Hungary too, so many people saying the song was really boring and It finished in the top 10. And for Sweden as well, cause He sang the song quite well, without cracking or anything (like you were bitching all the time here). So see you in CPH next year, I’ll be there for sure!. Woohoo!

Denmark deserved it. More pts from a wide range of countries. Fair result all round except poor Ireland. Last time they sang last in 1970 they won!!

@redarrow: Oops, mistyped there – I was wondering if I should write ‘Cyprus’ 12 points to Greece’ or ‘Malta’s 12 points to Azerbaijan’, and then it ended up as a big mess. 😀 Malta giving their 12 points to Azerbaijan every year is a big mystery to me. Are there so many Azeris living on that island? Germany used to give 12 points to Turkey all the time because of all the people of Turkish origin who live here – it was only after the juries were introduced that we started giving out 12 to other countries as well (but… Read more »

THE NETHERLANDS IN THE TOP 10, I’m so happy but it’s not because of the big 5 countries. They gave us 0 points, I’m upset about that. These countries don’t have eye for quality, but they got screwed anyway hahaha

I’m immensely happy that my country gave 12 points to one of my very favourite entries – Hungary! I don’t usually vote for someone who gets our 12 points, so for me this is great! I’m also very happy with how well Hungary and the Netherlands have done overall, also Norway, Malta and Greece – all songs I liked. Congratualtions to Denmark – a nice song with a nice girl. Not spectacular or very original, but not bad either. I’m very okay with this. Only it was so boring as it was the big favourite … and to proclaim the… Read more »
