Russian broadcaster Rossiya hosts a two-hour show every New Year’s where they look back on all the major hits. This year, 2007 Eurovision entry Serebro won song of the year with their thumping single “Malo tebya” (even though that song only peaked at number 5 on the Russian charts).

I believe the bonde girl is the replacement Dasha – she joined back in October or so.
It seems that the 2012 song of the year show is on youtube in its entirety – so it’s just a matter of time before someone uploads 2013!
