It’s looking pretty official people! Today, on Twitter and on multiple Eurovision fansites people have been suspecting that Emma Marrone has released her Eurovision song. It seems the rumours were right and Emma Marrone WILL be singing “La Mia Citta” at Eurovision. This will be the fourth song that we know will be performed in Copenhagen.

What does everybody think? Does Emma’s entry mean Rome 2015 or a nul points for Italy?

I think it grows on me!!!! But it is 3 and a half minutes long. The question is, how can they trim this pretty catchy song into a 3-minute performance come Eurovision time on May 10th?
I have listened to this song several times and it is great! it has grown on me and I cannot get it out of my head. Emma will do a great job, she is charismatic and full of energy. So far the songs have been mediocre and lackluster so by far Italy is ahead of them all and I pray for Rome 2015…what a fun ESC it will be in Copenhaguen this year. Go Emma!!!

On paper, this should have all of the ingredients to be a winner, but I feel like the song is lacking and not showing off what Emma is capable of. Certainly not bad but I feel the same way I felt before and after listening to the song. So for me, Albania is still miles above the rest followed distantly by Italy.
Why are people complaining about this one? I really like it and it’s miles ahead of Marco’s offer last year.
I just hope it’s cropped well.

Italy is a smart country, I’m sure another ballad will get us bored, so this is fresh, catchy, unique, with an amazing singer, so I really expect a great position in the final for EMMA!
Just have to wait to the final version and I hope she will sing 100% in italian!

Interesting.. I kinda like it & it will probably grow on me. It’s not as aggressive as Amandine, but the rocker chick idea resembles Amandine a bit 😀
Not as good her featured song on Wiwibloggs, however it is a good effort – even though I’m not a rock fan I love the riffs.

I’m comfortable with it. Miles better than last year and greatly catchy. Italy rose up to the top once again after falling a bit flat.

It isn’t necessarily a winning song, but it’s pretty good and I think it’ll follow Marco Mengoni and place in the top 10, unless she can’t sing it live. I like the attitude to the song and it’s a great pop/rock, catchy song. I’m very surprised so many people don’t like it.

WOW it’s not ballad, it’s not pop – it is up tempo rock song! Perfect, give us some groups more and this years Eurovision won’t be so big sh*t full of female solo singers and stupid gay pop and boring ballads, how it seems now. We want diversity, many genres, many different artists. Thank you Europe!
I like it, but it doesn’t have the same punch as Amami or Arrivera. If this rumour is proven to be correct, let’s hope she has a killer live performance to push her to the top of the scoreboard.

I like it, even though it’s basically the same volume the entire song. As for being top 10 or not, we have to wait for the other songs to see. It’d probably be at least top 15.
Bad song….really?!?!?!?!?!!?!? Yes, i know it’s not a disney silly song, so maybe not a winner song but certainly one of my favorites this year. I really love this entry, a good rock song and Emma is also a great performer….so Good luck!!:)

Yeah,this is my jam,y’al! Sexy and with an attitude.
It probably won’t do well in Copenhagen if chosen,let’s say 15-20th place in final. It kind of reminds of Amandine last year,and we all know how it finished.
Yeah she should pick something else. This is no good for ESC.
i think if Emma gets the right song, she could win in Copenhagen! but this is not a winner song, sorry 🙁 i really want Italy to win but i don’t think this could win eurovision, it reminds of amandine’s song last year, the kind of songs that doesn’t fit into esc.
myself, i love this song! and amandine’s song last year was definitely one of my favorites.
