Patrick: Mystical and Deep – That’s Cristina Scarlat and her song “Wild Soul”. What a song, what a voice. Cristina can sing and she proved it today. The performance isn’t bad but I’m not convinced it’s that special either. The dancers do a great job and the background is deep and mysterious – just like the song. I’m not a big fan of Cristina’s dress but it harmonizes perfectly with the golden dresses of the dancers. Well done Moldova!
Wiwi: This looks amazing on the big screen. Cristina’s dancers look like guards to the pharoahs, and Cristina looks like Princess Nefertiti. I will worship at her altar ANY day. Cristina was holding back vocally because she needs to rest her voice. But the gold-and-blue coloring and energetic dancing was more than enough to keep me sated. One of the most polished rehearsals of the first semi-fina.

WOW! For weeks I did my best not to like this song a lot, but it keeps growing in me. I tried all: I remembered the fail-samurai in the national final, the distracting mispronunciations here and there… but right now this actually sent shivers down my spine. Done, I am converted. The only thing I don’t like is the dress. This song takes me to a dark place and that dress kinda gets off that mood. But I’m sure it’ll look great on camera. Good job, Moldova!
Ok, her vocals were bad (even though they got better after the middle) and the whole mike as a an icepick cutting her hair is not the brightest idea of the day. From the little I’ve seen the dancers look sexy, but there isn’t much for them to do in terms of choreography…
I like the song and Cristina is so sincere and sympathetic but in stage she can be wild soul. Her dancers are good and also hair surprise is good too.
