RTS, Switzerland’s French-speaking broadcaster, has revealed its six candidates for the expert check (the next round of the Swiss national selection). Out of 26 entries only six songs made it, and only two of them will get through to the final. The final takes place on January 31.

Switzerland’s German-speaking broadcaster SRF will announce their nine candidates this week while the Italian broadcaster RSI revealed their three candidates earlier this month.

Interesting that they turned down Zephyr Combo and “Avide du Soleil”, who also applied for SRF’s selection. Will be interesting to see if that makes it through there!
I’m a bit disappointed, they had better songs in their first selection of 26 songs which now have been ruled out. None of the songs is really bad, but neither is there a really catchy one. They’re just average radio music which one likes listening to while driving in the car, but then forgets about them. Pity!

Célia’s song is really good, I like it a lot and can see it winning. Also, am I the only one who thinks she looks a bit like Emmelie de Forest in the pic for the video?
Célia is pretty good but i find it a little bit too repetitive
