Tonight the 10 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2015 contestants will sing in the Northern city of Aalborg and the winner will represent Denmark at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. It’s gonna be a proper showdown — thrills, spills, tears….and confetti.
Since January 28, we’ve been asking y’all to vote for your favourites in our DMGP 2015 poll. After counting 1,353 votes, we can now reveal that Anne Gadegaard should just make it over the line with her song “Suitcase” and win Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2015.
It’s very close at the top and three acts have emerged as potential winners. Topping the poll with 284 votes was Anne Gadegaard with “Suitcase”. Tina & René and their song “Mi Amore” followed with 279 votes. Yes, that’s just a 5-vote difference. Sara Sukurani is also within striking distance. She finished in third with “Love Me Love Me” with 234 votes.
