Loreen will perform at Andra Chansen on March 7th. The winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 will be performing at the interval. Loreen confided to SVT that her peformance will be, “something that [viewers] they do not expect me to do, haha. Fun with a political leaning.”

Loreen entered the record books with winning song ‘Euphoria’ at Melodifestivalen 2012. 4 million watched her win in Sweden and she went on to win the most sets of 12 points ever on stage in Baku at Eurovision 2012.

2012 was Loreen’s second year at Melodifestivalen after appearing in 2011 with the song ‘My Heart is Refusing Me’.

Last month, Loreen announced the forthcoming release of her second album Paperlight and speculation is strong that she will be debuting her new single at Andra Chansen.

60th Anniversary Celebration

Loreen will also be one of the headliners at the BBC’s 60th Anniversary Concert Eurovision’s Greatest Hits on March 31. She’ll perform her winning song Euphoria alongside a host of other celebrated acts from the ESC’s 60-year history.
