On March 31 the BBC filmed Eurovision’s Greatest Hits — its 60th anniversary birthday bash — at London’s Apollo Theatre. And tonight a lot of y’all across Europe will finally have the chance to see what went down. The team from wiwibloggs was there to celebrate the diamond jubilee, and afterwards wiwiblogger William ran at Eurovision 2012 (and 2013 and 2014) singer Valentina Monetta like a horse to water.  “Well, I live in London now,” Valentina said. “It was very easy for me to attend this party, and why not enjoy this with you and every other Eurovision fan? It’s an amazing celebration!”

What were her emotions seeing all those stars past and present take the stage? “It was amazing and also very interesting to learn a little bit about the history of Eurovision,” she replied. She definitely had her favourites: “Oh my God, I just love Conchita so much! And it was a pleasure to see Loreen again as well. But every artist was amazing, and for me, this is a celebration of music, and music is a big thing to me, and to see all those artists was very exciting and impressing.”

But what is next for Valentina? “Oh it’s difficult to say,” she said laughing. “Eurovision was such a big part of me, and I will never, never, never forget this experience. But….maybe, you will see me again!”

Valentina’s team also confirmed to wiwibloggs that it has finally and definitely been confirmed she will announce the votes for San Marino at Eurovision 2015. Previous reports were speculative — and Valentina even said she hadn’t been approached. But now it’s all good.

Valentina should be a jury member of San Marino and also write the entry in the future. NO MORE Ralph Siegel please.

My worry about Valentina or any other Sanmarinnese act is that the TV station seems so dependent upon Ralph Siegel right now. I think she should wait until he’s stopped being so involved in San Marino and then go with a composition of her own and a song in the style that she performs best – jazz.

Yudhistira Mahasena,Valen isn’t songwriter, she’s only singer. So,we can see her win the contest of 2017.After 34 years a microstate will win (Luxembourg 1983,Corinne Hermes with “Si la vie est cadeau” in French) and after again 34 years a microstate will host the contest (Luxembourg 1984).For now,Luxembourg is the littlest country to have victories in Eurovision Song Contest (1961,1965,1972,1973 and 1984) and to host contests (1962,1966,1973 and 1984).After Luxembourg win with Anne-Marie David in home country again,Luxembourg give the next contest in the United Kingdom and Brighton and the next year win the famous “Waterloo – Finally facing my Waterloo” by ABBA!

Queen Monetta has announced her return! This time for the delivering of the votes! She has spoken.

If she ever returns to sing, please, no Ralph Siegel. Then again, my worry is people won’t fully embrace Valentina’s jazz music.

I wish Valentina to return in 2016 and win for San Marino.About the 2017 song contest, they can transform the Stadio Olimpico with the help of course of Italy because it’s little country.

Yeah, maybe Valen would enter Eurovision next year for San Marino… as a lyricist of a certain entry!
