Drop it like it’s hot, y’all! Nadav Guedj, Israel’s Eurovision 2015 singer, has just released the official remix of his get-up-and-move track “Golden Boy”. Nadav teamed up with DJ and producer Yinon Yahel — a superstar who has worked with P.Diddy, Madonna and DJ and producer Offer Nissim — to pump up his jam. The remix turns up the volume on the Middle Eastern ethnic beat and introduces some new house and electronic beats.

The original version already had our hearts pumping. Now we might go into cardiac arrest. But ya know what? It’s worth the risk to dance and jive with our favourite Golden Boy. It’s probably best to heed the advice of Nadav’s people: “We recommend you shut the door, push the volume to the max and enjoy the ride!”

I usually like Israel to do well in this contest, especially because so often its songs are rebuffed for all the wrong reasons. But it pains me to say, this year’s song is just……bad. It is SO bad, in fact, I could not even listen to it in its entirety even once.
Sweden’s song does ZERO for me. Last year’s Sweden’s entry was a million times better. Love Italy, France, Spain, and Albania.

It is a good remix but lacks any Wow factor. It highlights how good the original version is. I love this song!

It’s a fine remix but I think they should have gone for the full oriental party instead of a standard club remix.

That’s a great remix. But then again, everything Nadav does is fabulous, he’s got such an amazing voice. 12 points to Israel.

@Mario The fact that song this abysmal could be rated so highly kind of proves my point…. If fans vote for the song then how come “Same Heart” which according to the OGAE poll was predicted to win the semi final was 5 points away from rock bottom? Ive given up on everything involving Israel now if Israel could be rated as highly as they was with this shite then they can send anything.

Israel doing well in OGAE is nothing unusual. Even if public in all those countries vote for Israel, national juries will most likely erase the public vote with ranking this song so low.

@ Oh yeah *Bogdan* buddy.. 🙂 Really ideal 4 the eurofans to dance to its rather amusing tune.. Its rhythm & music is just great.. It must be the most dance uptempo song of this year’s EuroVision.. 🙂 @ *Esceire* Well i don’t think so…I truly think that eurofans just like the song and not because its Israel that sends it.. At least it would made more sense if we had this disgussion about countries like Ukraine & Russia or Sweden that have always great dynamics in our Vision but NOT 4 a country like Israel that has not qualified… Read more »

Regardless of the result in ESC this year, “Golden Boy” is going to slay on the Euroclub dancefloor for many years to come.

Well to be honest i did not really expect Israel’s song to do that great in the OGAE voting…It got points by almost all the Ogae fun clubs that have voted so far…!{except one..} & is currently 6th with just 1 point gap behind from the 5th Australia that is hyped as one of the hot favorites to win…I was really surprised to see Israel doing so fantastic business..
Really impressive 4 Israel & Nadav…Bravo..
