A couple of weeks ago, we launched a poll asking our wiwireaders to cast their vote for the best music video released by the 2015 Eurovision contestants. Over 9,100 votes have been cast and the results are in: with more than 20% of the ballot, Nina Sublatti’s video for “Warrior” takes the crown.
Nina Sublatti’s strong entry is supported by very cinematic, striking and congruent visuals that compliment the bold sound. Shot only in black and white, the video sports snakes, vultures and glamazons who, alongside Nina herself, paint a fierce picture of a fearless woman warrior — and fans were slayed. A total of 1,872 votes were cast for Nina’s video, who finished first in your preferences. Congratulations, Georgian warrior queen!
Another glamazon followed in Nina’s footsteps. In an idyllic setting reminiscent of the primordial Biblical story, Spanish goddess Edurne unleashed the tigress within, only to be tamed by her beau, played by model hunk Saoro Nadal. With a respectable 13% of the ballot (1,215 votes), “Amanecer” is your second favourite music video this year.
We’re glad to see yet another female contestant complete the podium. Albanian songstress Ehaida Dani impressed our readers with her inspiring story of overcoming heartache. Tears started flowing backwards and more than 700 votes flowed in for “I’m Alive”, who amassed 7.66% of the ballot.
Here is how the rest of the votes were cast:

Methinks they’re waiting until the semis are done, so that it’ll be fresh in the minds of the voters and jury members who almost certainly visit this site. Anouk didn’t release the video for “Birds” until the day after her semi in 2013.
I get that Spain has a lot of support, but the video was quite cheap.
A shame Latvia’s video came out so late, it probably would have done much better if it had been up when the poll started.
Great ! ^^ Nina is the best
Knez should have been placed a lot higher. I guess it is one of those where most people like it but it is not anybody’s favourite so they do not vote for it.
i hope you have seen Amber Meet&Greet after the first rehearsal, she answers questions, the song is written for the fans what we experience in life. like bullying , domestic violence, sickness. Amber has been inspired by a young girl also named Amber who died of cancer 2 years ago, who wanted to be singer just like her. they changed the song more orchestra because they wanted the total package elton zarb explained that. Amber’s idols are Etta James, Beyonce and Ray Charles. well she did a acoustic cover of At Last (which she did sang at school).
Como siga asi,lo ganara todo y no es el mejor video.Desde cuando utilizar la tecnologia moderna es …barato?.Barato es pretender ganarlo todo sin merecerlo.
yes yes yes yes go ninaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa my votes only you from austriaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I agree about Latvia’s video – it’s so hot <3
I'm hoping Ann Sophie releases one for Black Smoke at some point…
Id agree with most of the top at the time the poll was created, but after Latvia’s video came out I gotta say she deserves the 1st place 😛
Latvia’s official music video came a bit late, unfortunately.
I mean Spain, sorry. lol
I adore “Amanecer” but the video is so tech it almost looks cheap….. SHE probably just stands in front of a green screen.
ITalys video is so damn cheap
Nina Sublatti represetns all women from all over the world. vote for strong women
Amanecer is my favourite video, along with Montenegro for the beautiful scenery. But Warrior is spectacular too, definitely in my own Top 5. Nice to see Elhaida do well in the poll too <3
