Soraya Arnelas — the blonde diva who sang “La noche es para mi” for Spain in 2009 — has tapped into 1970s disco for her latest track “You didn’t do it.” Pre-published this week, it will be the first single of her seventh album, which she’ll launch later this year.

“You didn’t do it” is a huge departure from her last single — the dramatic yet intimate “El Huracan”. It’s more aligned with her 80’s hits compilation and her dance side. The Spanish singer adopted a Disco Inferno “sparkling”  style that suits her athletic body and sweet face. The funky track is meant to make you move — and it does!

Soraya has also published “the making of” video along with a preview of the lyrics video. The song will be available on digital platforms from 1 June.

“You didn’t do it” will kick off her promotional efforts for her summer tour, which will celebrate her tenth year in the music business.

Ya podeis oir “YOU DIDN’T DO IT ” además de ver un Making Off de cómo se hizo la portadaOs dejo unas fotos preciosa…

Happy Birthday to Soraya 4 celebrating 10 whole years in our music galaxy… 🙂
Her visionary song in 2009 deserved much better fate in our Vision…Pity that she underperformed like that…It was even better than *Amanecer* to be honest..
