Portuguese singer Rui Andrade has not given up on his Eurovision dream. Ahead of his performance at the Eurovision Live Concert 2015 in Setúbal, Portugal, the Portuguese hunk chatted to wiwibloggs correspondent Deban about his music career and dream of returning to the Eurovision stage.
Rui talked about his current role in a musical where he performs the songs of stars such as former Eurovision singer Julio Iglesias. We have to admit – Rui does bear a certain resemblance to the young Julio of 1970!
Rui has participated in Festival da Canção three times, but his big Eurovision opportunity was as the backing singer of the Tolmachevy Sisters in 2014. But will he make a fourth attempt on Festival da Canção or will be look further afield? Rui reveals all!
