Ukraine’s Anna Trincher will sing “Pochny z Sebe” at Junior Eurovision 2015. But before she flies to Sofia the 14-year-old is busy perfecting her vocals, adjusting her costume and meeting with her many fans. Thankfully the pop starlet still managed to squeeze in a chat with wiwibloggs.

In the interview, which you can watch below, she talks about everything from playing the bandura, a traditional Ukrainian instrument, to Beyoncé, her musical idol. She also shares the message of her song “Pochny z Sebe” (Start with Yourself). And she does all of this in English — DOUZE POINTS for that! Are you loving Anna as much as we are?

I like Anna, but I cannot say that I like the idea of the photo shoot, as part of her JESC presentation. The age group of the contestants is 10-15 and there should not be such emphasis on appearance… kids are exposed to too much of that already and a 14 year old singer coming forward with a photo session as part of her PR is pretty gross. What is next? Having the 10 year olds do it too, along with the boys? I think that there should be boundaries around that for JESC.

Such a lovely girl, and I really like her song and its message – something a bit different.

Anna is adorable <3
I might do not really like her song & have it as one of my least liked ones among the 13 but this doesn't matter much..
She is such sweetheart & nice..
I do not expect her to do badly in Sofia in 1 month..
Maybe she can even end up winning…We will see what happens.. 🙂
