Poll Results: Light & Love should represent Czech Republic at Eurovision

Around two weeks ago it was revealed that the Czech Republic has three acts in mind for Stockholm: Thom Artway, Light & Love and Dasha. After that we started a poll, where we asked you whom would you love to see in Stockholm. The calculations have been made and we are ready to announce our winner! It has been a very close race. All the artists got around 30% of all the 380 votes, but one leader emerged in the end — Light & Love!

Light & Love got 148 or 38.95% of all votes cast, leaving Thom Artway and Dasha behind. But adding to Light & Love’s poll win, rumour has it that the brotherly duo will indeed be the ones who will fly the Czech flag in Stockholm. Czech Eurovision fanblog eurocontest.cz have reported the rumour, but no official confirmation has been made yet. Are you excited?

About Light & Love

Until 2012, the brothers Johny and Kosak (or Jan and Lukas) made up the group Johny Said The Number. But they left that behind them to launch their current project — Light & Love. They describe their genre as “universal” and somewhat inspired by famous artists like The Beatles, Michael Jackson and Coldplay. Their most successful singles are “Blueberry Sky” and “True”, which were lauded for their purity and optimism — hallmarks of the duo.
