Wiktoria will sing “Save Me” in the second deltävling of Melodifestivalen 2016 in Malmö. The song is written by three Melodifestivalen debutants, Jens Siverstedt, Jonas Wallin and Lauren Dyson, who have previously worked with Avicii and One Direction.
In her song, Wiktoria is telling her mom how she met a boy who stole her heart: “Oh and mama thought that I’d been blessed, got to tell you about this boy I met, he had sweet blue eyes the kind you can’t forget set my soul on fire and then he left”. In our recent interview Wiktoria told the song is “an uptempo song. with the focus very much on the lyrics and the story that the song brings”.
