Ten artists will compete in Melodi Grand Prix 2016, Norway’s national selection for Eurovision 2016. One of them will follow Mørland & Debrah Scarlett and represent their country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm. The Wiwi Jury — our in-house panel of music unprofessionals — will listen and review all the competing songs ahead the final on February 27.
Our jury for this edition consists of 25 jurors who come from all over the world — from United Kingdom to Australia, from Iceland to Portugal. Each juror assesses each song independently, and awards each song a score from 0 to 10. Before calculating the Wiwi Jury verdict, we drop the highest and lowest scores to reduce potential bias and outliers.

Just going to put this out there because I haven’t read it anywhere. Laila Samuels aka Laila Samuelsen co-wrote basically half of Lena Meyer-Landrut’s last album, including her second official single off the album. She also co-wrote Synk eller svøm form MGP a couple of years back. Just thought people should know.
