Anna Trincher may have missed out on a Top 10 finish at The 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, but her amazing song “Pochny z sebe” lives on — and with a much-awaited music video.

The newly-released video sees Anna take to the forest to unleash her magical powers. Channeling ethereal realness in a white ballgown and a wooden headpiece, Anna morphs into a  forest spirit wandering in open space, as she observes the irrational behaviour of man toward nature. She’s a friend of the earth, y’all.

She registers the many moments that dissatisfy her, and consequently tries to effect change through her magical powers. It reflects her real-world attitude toward change. As she says:

“People often forget about humanity and the evil things they do to each other. They often blame others for their troubles, but to find the light, we need to start with ourselves. No need to fight. We are all the same, and each person should have the same rights.”

This videos maintains the edgy and arty performance we first saw (and loved) at Junior Eurovision in Sofia . The rock undertones find new life in the forestry backdrop. Anna, who is mature beyond her years, isn’t just re-hashing an old tune here. She’s upping her game and reminding us that her career is only starting.

@Donna, I believe winners of kids ESC do not host the event, they have a schedule, and no matter who wins, scheduled country will host the event next year

She would have won JESC 2015 and brought JESC back to Kyiv had she released the video before the contest.
