Söngvakeppnin 2017 begins in Iceland on February 25th, when the first six semi-finalists fight for three places in the final. It will be brutal. The Wiwi Jury has been graciously working its way through the twelve semi-finalists, and now we want to know your favourites. Are you Team Hildur, have you been enchanted by Erna Mist, or are you feeling Rúnar Eff?
You can listen to all six semi-final one entries below, and then vote for your favourites. As the songs will be sung only in Icelandic in the semi-finals (but then in English at the final), below you will find both the Icelandic and English versions for your consideration.
You can vote for as many songs as you like, but you can only vote once, so be sure to tick the boxes for each song you like before hitting the submit button. Make it count people!

It’s actually so unbelievable how much “I’ll be Gone” sounds like Sana Nielson’s “Undo” from 2014, it is basically an exact copy but different lyrics and a weaker chorus in my opinion. Hoping “Bammbaramm” wins this semi

I don’t know if this is a good or a bad thing, but four out of these songs would be a good Songvakeppnin winners. Good – more chance the finalists will all be top notch. Bad – there is a technical impossibility all of my favorites will be in the finals. But, then again, this might be the strongest semi this ESC season. 1.
