Since their return to Eurovision in 2014, Poland have yet to fail to qualify for the grand final. Tonight, at Krajowe Eliminacje 2017, they hope to find the act to make it four in a row. We asked y’all who you wanted to see win the national final and be Poland’s act for Kyiv. With a huge 3,688 votes cast in total, you chose Kasia Mos as your favourite, with her song “Flashlight”!
Kasia is a face that will be familiar to those who watched Poland’s selection last year. Her song “Addiction” proved to be a favourite going in to the show. She even capitalised on her appearance at last year’s selection by posing in Playboy. Now she’s back with “Flashlight” and clearly, y’all are loving her again. She received 966 votes, just over 26% of the total.
That puts Kasia just clear of second placed Isbaell Otrebus-Larsson, who received 846 votes in total. Isabell’s song “Voiceless” was written in part by Swedish mainstay, Frederik Kempe. Isabell herself is of mixed Polish/Swedish descent. Will having the support of a whole other country sway Poland to send Isabell to Kyiv?
Third place goes to Lanberry, with the song “Only Human”. The song’s choice initially proved controversial, as the Polish language version of the song was released in August 2016 — before the cut-off date for Eurovision 2017 songs. TVP have said the song would be eligible for Eurovision, however, and it doesn’t seem to have put many of you off. She received just over 20% of the vote, with 764 of you choosing her.
The top three were well clear of any other act as well. Last year, y’all chose Margaret, Edyta Gorniak and Michal Szpak as the top three in our poll — they were the top three on the night, as well. Does that mean it’ll be one of these three ladies heading to Kyiv?

You guys are so right! I’m Polish and I agree with you about everything. My favourite one is Agata Nizinska – I think she has a great voice, there is a story behind her song, the lyrics are okay. I can’t wait to see her live. Carmell is also good, though I was listening to her song several times and couldn’t remember it afterwards… Agata’s song is the most memorable in my opinion. Kasia’s song is boring and I can’t stand cheesy lyrics in Isabell’s song.
I come from Poland and I hope Kasia wouldn`t win in Krajowe Eliminacje. Her song is boring, heavy and balladry. My favourite is Martin Fitch.
I don’t like it.
For me it’s either Carmell or Agata – Botha songs are interesting, classy and could do very well in Eurovision.
Kasha will fail massively – she will not get the support from viewers around a Europe I’m afraid.
I think it’ll be one of those three and that those three are also the best choices. I see Poland qualifying again.
Her song is very mysterious and interesting, would be a good winner. I also like Agata’s and Martin’s songs.

Actually I like it .. the chorus is really good …. there are so many Adele-influences in this song in my opinion, which for me is always a plus … real music influencing great Eurovision songs: and no zoo animals was necessary to be here.
I think “Faces” is the only good song in this semi.
“Flashlight” is not boring that’s for certain. It has atmosphere she sets the tone with her finely tuned vocals.
The music score adds the drama ,it just builds and builds to that spectacular end note. This has a lot of potential on the grand stage with the right budget. Visually it could become something amazing. With those vocals too, this is pure class!
World class in my view, no doubt about it.

Oh I’m so hoping Isabell is going to win, she would be the only one I would definitely vote for in the Grand Final. Be smart Poland and send Voiceless to Eurovision!
