Over the past month they’ve performed their Eurovision 2017 song “Blackbird” in London, Tel Aviv and Amsterdam.
And last week Finland’s Norma John continued their work on home soil, taking a day to film their Eurovision 2017 postcard — the brief introductory clip that precedes all performances at Eurovision — at the Design Museum in Helsinki.
Producers in Ukraine have not yet revealed the concept of the postcards. They have, however, said that part of the postcard will be filmed in Ukraine (presumably by the Ukrainian broadcaster) and the other part by national broadcasters in their own countries. Sources close to the production have told wiwibloggs there will be a “live” element worked into the postcards, so perhaps we’ll see the artists as they nervously prepare to take the stage.
Norma John decided to highlight Finnish design. The long-time duo took the film crew to the Design Museum’s 100 objects from Finland exhibition, which highlights everything from dolls to textiles, all of which provide insight into the Nordic country. The duo and the Design Museum both shared some pictures of the visit on their social media profiles.

The duo were clearly feeling nostalgic as they examined the pieces from Finnish history.
Leena was thrilled to see an old Uncle Scrooge piggy bank, which she and Lasse both used to have when they were younger.
Save them coins, y’all!
Besides shooting parts of their postcard in Helsinki, they also filmed segments while visiting Amsterdam for Eurovision in Concert.
They paid a visit to a piano store and took some time to sing for our pleasure.
Lasse and Leena were not able to make it to the Madrid pre-party last Saturday, but tonight they will perform on a TV show together with Spain’s representative Manel Navarro.

How old is he? I know that the vocalist girl Leena is 33 and participated on Xfactor. But I cannot find reliable information about Lasse Piirainen`s biography and discography in English.
