San Marino: 1 in 360 studio versions released, as Irol drops out of “Who We Are”

National final season always seems to bring the drama, and San Marino has seen its fair share already. But just ahead of the release of the studio versions of the 1 in 360 songs, we were handed a little more.

Yes, everyone’s favourite Sammarinese rapper, IROL, has dropped out of his role in Jessika’s “Who We Are”. Thankfully, there was a quick solution. With 24 hours notice, Jenifer Brening has stepped in to give her own spin on the rap section of the song!

The song is flipped in to a girl power duo and we’re loving this new take on it. You can listen to the revised version in full below, along with the rest of the studio versions:

1 in 360: Funding Standings (2000 CET, 23 February)

The revamp of the 1 in 360 voting system continues. The funding of songs by Global Rockstar remains the only way the public can have their say on the final result of 1 in 360. Now, though, the minimum amount necessary to fund a song has been reduced from €20 to just €2. A little easier on the wallet now, y’all!

Sara de Blue continue to leads the way, now up to €6050 in funding for “Out of the Twilight”. It’s all change behind her, though: Jenifer Brening has stormed in to second, raising her funding from just €120 on 19 February to €2922.

Now that Jenifer is part of “Who We Are” as well, she sits in both second and third place. That’s called making the most of it, y’all!

And the good news is that now, all songs have at least some backing. IROL will have to hope for a boost in his only remaining entry though: “Sorry” only has a total of €6 funding at this time.

  1. Sara de Blue – “Out of the Twilight” (€6050)
  2. Jenifer Brening – “Until the Morning Light” (€2922)
