Poll: Who should win Eurovision France, c’est vous qui décidez 2022?

You can vote for as many of the acts as you would like. But as always, you can only vote once!

Eurovision France 2022: The Format

The public account for 50% of the total score while the remaining 50% come from a ten-person professional jury. This panel is comprised of five French people and five from abroad. Last year, Alexandra Redde-Amiel, France’s Head of Delegation, said that “we designed an original voting system that gives the audience a greater influence”.

Just like 2021, the show will be presented by Stéphane Bern and Laurence Boccolini. Barbara Pravi will sing as the interval act.

My favourites would be Fulenn or Seule.

Is there any chance of getting a video reaction of all the songs before saturday ? I have been deseperately waiting for it since the songs came out.

Fulenn is the ideal candidate. It has all the elements that secure success at Eurovision, such as ethnic chanting, folk, aggressive modern beat and the ability for stylised and eye catching staging.
After the success of Go-A last year who you could liken this to, it would be the perfect choice.

For me this is the song of the competition so far. I also like SOA and Eliza’s songs too, but Fulenn is in a league of its own….

Will 100% be voting for the French again this year if they send Pauline or Alvan et Ahez. Not sure how Pauline would do at ESC, but Alvan et Ahez could blow the roof off in Torino and secure another televote top 5 at least, if staged appropriately. SOA are decent but unremarkable, a bit too much hype for such a typical Melfest-sounding entry, please don’t make that mistake and choose wisely…

This NF is going to be interesting. I really like Fulenn and Saam‘s songs the best. However i would also be happy with SOA winning. France has a lot of good options this year, more so than last year.
I also have a soft spot for Pauline and Elliott, both could surprise on Saturday^^

My favorites are Fulenn or Seule. And it’d be great if any of them represents France, we’ve lost too many fan favorites 🙂

For me, it’s between Elliott with “La tempête”, and Saam with “Il est où ?”. I liked SOA and “Seule” at the beginning, even if it was a bit typical “Eurovision”, but when the guy started rapping and there was this electronic effect covering his voice the entire time, I was done with that. Nope. Next, please. Joan and “Madame” was great, but it was way too theatrical. It 100% sounds like it belongs in play in the West End or on Broadway. Eurovision feels like the wrong venue for it. Marius and “Les chansons d’amour” was very touching on… Read more »

I was for “Seule” but the more I listen to “Fulenn”, the more I think we could finally show Europe we can make an amazing staging with an epic track. Anyway, “Fulenn” will definitely win the televote over every other songs. The matter is about how late they will be with the juries compared to “Seule”. But beyond the contest, as much as I love “Seule” and his anthemic chorus, I think “Fulenn” could gather french people in general more than “Seule” because it feels more patriotic due to the language. It will be hard for me, no matter who… Read more »

Fulenn and Alvan is the only act that stands out and bring something new, but i believe the live performances will determine the result as there is not big song this year.

Seule will take it. I love Fulenn’s studio cut but it was awful live and I can’t see them getting it flawless so quickly.

I’ve heard Fulenn live too and I couldn’t believe they could sing that bad… They have no chance to win with those terrible vocals.

When I was listening to the snippets of the entries, it was SOA that caught my attention the most and now I’ve been listening to Seule non-stop. I think they’re the right choice for France this year.

I think France would have the same chance to do well with Fulenn that Lithuania had with On Fire, and I like French song more!

What a strong selection, my absolute favourite is Nuit Pauline, I think the French 80s vibe is done so well here I love the dramatic chic imagery the lyrics conjure.

Fulenn is a different side of France, a side that I didn’t know I needed.

France, make the right choice and you may have my vote for Turin!

France has 12 quality songs in here, and I think they could proudly send each and every one. There is, of course, a matter of my personal preference, as well as the matter of which song I think has the highest ceiling in terms of results. My personal favorites are probably Pauline, Elliott, and Saam, along with two obvious front-runners. I think that Alvan & Ahez would have the highest ceiling IF they hit the right note on stage (the song stands out in style and genre). I think that SOA are the best choice to have a good result… Read more »

“Seule”, “Fulenn” and “Il est oú?” are the options to go with for Eurovision. My favorite is “Il est oú?” though.

Seule, please. A guaranteed top 10 result if staged well. It’s contemporary, more so for France after the classic style of Barbara Pravi.
