Eurovision fans in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia can finally put Esma Redzepova’s belching behind them. Earlier today MRT, the country’s state broadcaster, announced that Tijana Dapcevic will represent the country at ESC ’14!
According to tvpaket.com.mk, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia will reveal its Eurovision 2014 contestant this evening. That’s right: It’s only June 20, but sources claim the name will drop tonight.
It’s official: Esma Redzepova doesn’t hate the gays. In fact, she loves them.
Macedonian news portal Plus info quotes Esma Razdepova firmly denying the anti-gay remarks printed in the Serbian paper “Kurir”, which created an international media storm around the 69-year old Eurovision contestant from FYR Macedonia by alleging that she was homophobic.
