What makes you think it’ll be Berlin next year, as opposed to other major German cities? I think other cities care capable of hosting the contest. It’s not like this year where no other city in Norway can host it. There are only two cities in European Russian that could have hosted it (there’s no way that they’d put it in Ekaterinburg or Vladivostok) and St. Petersburg doesn’t have the facilities built for the Olympics, so Moscow was no big surprise.
