Slovakia’s TWiiNS have released a new video of “I’m Still Alive” featuring rapper Meta Physics. Written “for all the people of Japan, Haiti and Africa,” the song’s message of perseverance now has a timely message given recent disasters the world over. Daniela and Veronika are clearly using their sex appeal to appeal for help for those in need. We totally approve.

I don’t like the song, but this is impressive: I’ve always thought any song would be ruined by mixing it with rap, but this one actually was improved by the mix.
May be it’s because the original version didn’t have any structure (Oh, it’s true: just try to identify where the chorus begins or ends) but alternance between ballad and rap gave it some, and the rap is soft enough to blend with the melody.
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but they should take the rapper to Düsseldorf.
