The team at WiwiBloggs.Com cannot get enough of France’s Anggun. Wiwi had a chance to interview this Asian Sensation at Eurovision in Concert a few weeks ago. And then Deban followed-up with another interview, which you can watch below, at the 2012 London Eurovision Party. Once again Anggun wowed us with her silky smooth legs, her openness, and talk of her high-octane music video for “Echo (You and I).” Take caution if you watch the video: It’s about to get HOT up in here!
@Deban: OK, you won! 🙂
I did not do my homework well…I see you’re fond of Anggun’s video long before the interview.
My apologies…and I’ll have another listen to Rona’s song.
@ MF, we value our readers a great deal at wiwibloggs.com. Ignoring you isn’t part of our modus operandi. Just to buffer my point on France, please take a look at my comment on this article and the date/time stamp.
As for Albania, she remains my clear favourite. If she fails to qualify, I may have to go into hibernation. Suus is not just a song, it’s an experience! Clearly one of the best ESC submissions in it’s 50 year plus history. Hearing it puts me through a wave of deep emotions. It’s sublime, It’s magic.
Have another listen…
@Zolan, Deban: Guys, you write caustic reviews/comments and when somebody replies you’re too sensitive! You can choose to ignore me and this won’t hurt my feelings. @Deban: I actually like this site very much including your reviews (there has to be something controversial in anything to make it more appealing). I laughed when you called Elena Ionescu “bollywood courtesan”, although I’m pretty sure most Romanians were hurt by this, but there is definitely something exotic about her. I also had 4 attempts (last one successful !) to listen to Rona Nishliu’s song and while I think she’s great, I don’t… Read more »
@ MF: Yes, the video did blow me away…BIG TIME!!! Have you seen it? I’m not a fan of the song though, but Anggun remains of of the most beautiful contestants this year, in and out. She is a true artist, and her song has a message. Me liking it or not is immaterial. I fully support her regardless. Zolan is right in pointing out that I judged the song independently. My critique was submitted on the 8th of Feb…way before the video release!! The video did dampen my dislike of the song. Sadly, unlike some of the entries that… Read more »
@MF: Sorry. I misunderstood your intentions. I’m probably just projecting how insecure I would feel in the same role.
@Zolan: Whatever! Are you his counsel? 🙂
I actually liked the song and not the video.
I was just making fun of Deban as he flatters her too much in the context of the mark he gave her and this does not look very sincere to me…but who cares? I don’t consider this scandalous, just human nature…
@MF: Or maybe, Deban judges the song itself, regardless of his feelings about the video. How scandalous.
I see Deban poses as “Mr Nice” guy in all his interviews, but I wonder if his “victims” read his reviews…Like Anggun (and her song) got 2/10…but now he says “the video blew me away”…I guess it blew him far away from 10/10, so he reached at 2/10 🙂
Wiwi, I can’t watch the video, the video is private 🙁
