During last night’s jury final, which accounts for 50% of the total Eurovision score, Sweden’s Loreen choked. We’re being literal people. During the song’s bridge, when fake snow falls from the ceiling, some of it flew into Loreen’s throat and she had to cough it out. It sounded awful, and took us out of the euphoric state she creates in “Euphoria.” Some say the incident affected her choreography during the final minute. Before you freak out, please remember that this is a “song” contest. Although voice and staging matter, the reality is that the “song” is still in tact. We’re hoping the jury recognized this was a freak accident. What do you think? Should they mark her down? Or should they judge her on the overall quality of the song rather than its delivery?

Poor Loreen! I’m glad she won, even though I was voting for someone else. People may say bad things about her looks or clothes, but I think that she is just trying to be unconvientional! She has great talent that I’m sure all of you bullies don’t have, so, please- stop it. Congratulations Loreen, you and Eric Saade brought pride to Sweden!

The jury won`t give her a lower score because of that because they know she can sing amazing and they`ve heard her sing the whole week. Who cares about one permorfance? I don`t, the jury won`t too. They won`t have the heart to take the win away from the best song

Nothing to see here people. It really is much ado about nothing. The whole incident doesn’t even last 5 seconds, and she handled it like a true professional. It wasn’t even her mistake. If she had forgotten her text, now that would have been problematic. But this little incident will have no effect whatsoever, and if she doesn’t win tonight, it will not have been because of this.

Hmmmm…this is very intresting and ironic. Loreen earlier this week met human rights activist, and also made a comment about human rights being violated there….she did not get any snowflake incident during the rehearsals or semi final. The possibility of snowflake falling to ones mouth is very slim( gravity) . Unless it was all in a sudden was blowing to her face and falling more than normal amount. This is a very suspicous incident…

this rehearsals are for the jury , and the jury in that moment must judge what they see, if they are honest , they must no give much votes to the craps rehearsals from Sweden and Romania

I can assure everyone that everything was flawless before and AFTER the choking so that little mistake didn’t really do much…but well it is up the every person what they think… Some people hate Loreen for some unknown reasons (i can understand if you hate the song but why hate the artist?) and some people love Loreen and the song so we’ll see tonight…
She’s my favourite to win but the irony of her chocking on snow is not lost on me…
LOL they should look at the performance overall and song ofcourse that she choked does not really matter since she recovered exellent, honestly that was so professional to just continue singing like nothing and you couldn’t even hear that she got affected by the incident, so sure if she got 6 from someone, the might change it to 4 or 5 but overall the performance was wonderful! 🙂
I don’t think it’s going to affect the Jurys descision. After all, one missed word doesn’t mean very much when she sung everything else perfectly.:)
