During the first semi-final at Eurovision, two of the bookies’ early favourites—Emmelie de Forest from Denmark and Anouk from the Netherlands—will face off with a microphone and an LED screen. Emmelie won’t be wearing shoes. Anouk will be singing about some birds. Contestants from Belarus, Ukraine and beyond will do their best to outshine both of them. It’s gonna be hot. But how is it all going to pan out?
Vote for your favorite in our poll to let us know what you think. You can vote for as many contestants as you like, but you can only vote ONE time, so be sure to check the box by every contestant you want to support. You might want to vote in a few weeks after you’ve had time to think about this. The poll closes on May 12 at midnight—just ahead of the first semi-final on May 14.
Before you vote, you can listen to each of the Eurovision 2013 contestants on Wiwi’s contestants page to refresh your memory (or simply click on the links below). And be sure to check out our other polls when you have time.

Go girl,go girl,go girl. Moje 3 🙂 Next Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade see ya.<3
No wonder Serbian people voting for their own country that’s why Serbia is first in this poll but Serbia won’t win this year. Jurys will rank this song low -.-
Serbia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lena Xenia Noa Leo Mis Victoria JBieber Jack Mike… you are the same person!! HAHAHA!!You are so miserable so……

I hope Croatia will enter in the finals. Good luck Croatia and Austria
Denmark!
Next Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade 😉
I vote for Serbia, but Denmark has a good song.
Serbia has a good song, congratulations and all the luck in Eurovision. Greetings from Canada :*
SERBIA IS WINNER 🙂
MONTENEGRO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
SERBIA IS WINNER ! <3
'MOJE 3' IS PERFECT BEAUTIFUL GIRL!
I am sorry that there is always a lobby to a song beat .. and it obvious lobby.. Denmark’s nothing special that has not been seen … shows that the song was made specifically to win and songs looks like the earlier songs of triumph .. Fairytale, euphoria, molitva ….disappointing … 🙁 greeting from germany
Serbia is co hot and cute top 3
Denmark is the best clearly!! Emelie should win!!!
Serbia and these lovely girl, they have amazing voices and vibrato of girl in yellow is so clear and amazing
Serbia has great song, and i love this idea for performance!Well done!
I have picked Belgium as its a great song, but think its between Cyprus and Ireland for the points in this semi for the uk. Holland have a good song as usual but seems to be everyone’s second choice and never gets any votes, fingers crossed you qualify this year 🙂
I agree with George
Go Lithuania!
I know it’s impossible, but if Serbia and Russia don’t qualify, I will party for weeks.
It’s gonna be difficult to say, but my guess would be Denmark.
However, these are the 10 countries which should make the final, in my opinion (not in this particular order, but something like that…)
denmark
netherlands
ukraine
belarus
cyprus
moldova
croatia
montenegro
austria
slovenia
I voted for Cyprus clearly the best song with a simple but effective stage presence.
I can’t vote in this semi-final but here’s my top 10 qualifiers anyway:
1.DENMARK
2.THE NETHERLANDS
3.UKRAINE
4.Belarus
5.Austria
6.Russia
7.Moldova
8.Serbia
9.Ireland
10.Croatia
I wish everyone could enter the final but it’s just the rules soo best of luck to everyone!!
@Stephen Colville
Bit like when all the Jedward fans came flooding in and spam voting for Ireland last year!
@Stephen Colville we’re not spamming, we’re just supporting the best entry this year! 😉 <3
Serbia of course <3
Wow, a bunch of Serbians spam voting for Serbia. Nice job.
😀 <3
SERBIA!!! Gooo Moje 3 ?
Serbia! 🙂
Serbia <3
Denmark, Serbia, Belarus and Slovenia 🙂
I’m from the UK (I’ve voted for) Cyprus and deserves it… with all their problems and they still produce what is decent for a lovely ballad…
I’d love to see my Slovenia take the top spot, but I can’t see this happening. As long Hannah qualifies, then I’ll be very happy!
My favorites: Moldova, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark. Last 2 highly overrated in my opinion, but I prefer them anytime over Euphoria…Looks to me that this semifinal is not very competitive as music…
Andrius Pojavis is the only contestant on this list who actually has a decent song.
Hope he wins.
Moldova
I can’t vote. I don’t listen to any of the entries before the show. Really difficult to do but it’s worth it when I watch the shows – because it’s all new to me!
“Birds” has been a clear favourite from the first time I heard it, followed by “Gravity.”
But I’m also supporting some underdogs I’d like to see qualify: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia.
P.S. I know it’s a bit ambiguous (as usual), but the balance lies with
“Vote for your favorite” and
“be sure to check the box by every contestant you want to support.”
Vote by Preference, NOT Prediction.
I voted for Denmark since that’s who I think will win, but my personal favorite from semi 1 is Ireland.
