Just when you thought Margaret Berger had the second semi-final all sewn up, Georgia’s Nodie & Sophie make a splash with the bookies. The Georgian duo, who will sing “Waterfall” in Sweden, have had their odds slashed in recent days, and are now second-favourite to win the second semi-final.
Margaret remains the favourite to win with her song “I Feed You My Love”. Her odds are as low as 1.75. Nodie & Sophie have odds that hover around 3.5, despite not having the best English pronunciation. They’re followed closely by Azerbaijan’s Farid Mammedov, who has the best abs in this year’s search for Eurovision’s Next Top Male Model.
Countries are listed below according to their average odds at 10 of Europe’s leading betting agencies. For convenience we have only listed the odds from three of the bookies.
