Last week at Eurovision in Concert Wiwibloggs caught up with Romanian opera star Cezar Ouatu. The “It’s My Life” singer explained the difference between opera fans and Eurovision fans and said that he feels “a great responsibility” to represent Romania well. And while he didn’t give away too much about how he’ll stage his performance in Malmö, he did tell us that he’d wear “something mystic” that will combine “water and fire”. We have no idea what that means, but we’re keen to see the grand unveiling. As for now, feast your eyes on our interview below.

Wiwi, you are now trying to be ironic (with subtlety) towards this guy, Cezar. When did he say “that he will combine “water and fire” in this interview? He says that he will try to “combine the elements of life: water, fire…”
He doesn’t sound like someone you can make fun of, Wiwi

I am looking forward for a great show. Hopefully, there will be no more technical issues in the next EIC but certainly there will be more great presences of Cezar in this contest.

See, Wiwi Bloggs? He is such a talented guy, too bad many of you underestimate him… Oh, and he is so serious (looks, outfit, mimics), and takes the challenge with utmost responsibility. For many Romanians, the Eurovision was just the “pretext” for Cezar to appear in the public attention. We´re proud of him, and we look forward to his album and concerts! I don´t know what music means to you, but for me it is therapy. And Cezar´s music and voice is THE therapy. All the best, thank you for the interview!!
