The women competing at Eurovision have more than great voices: they’ve got personalities that sparkle, and bodies that will make you sweat. Over the past month babes from San Marino to Skopje have been plucking, waxing, and eating tons of lettuce with the hope of becoming Eurovision’s Next Top Model 2013. Established in 2009, the competition has attracted more than 90,000 votes thus far, and became the premier online modelling contest for women competing at Eurovision. We’re here to let the ladies shine.
Twenty-six hopefuls entered the House of Wiwi on March 30. During the semi-finals Wiwibloggs’s readers cast a total of 18,441 votes. Based on those results we eliminated two women on April 6, four women on April 19, and four women on April 26. Every time we had to say goodbye to someone tears were shed, stilettos snapped and the women leaving the house tried to steal my towels. Now 16 (mostly) beautiful women stand before us, and it’s up to you to decide which one of them has what it takes to succeed as an international superstar when the Eurovision glory fades.
These women have big bra cups to fill. Before you vote, please visit the Top Model Hall of Fame to see previous winners. Then review the contestants’ portfolios below. You can also see them performing their Eurovision entries on the wiwibloggs’s Contestants Page and can read our reviews of their songs on the Wiwi Jury page. You can vote for as many contestants as you would like, but you can only vote one time. Be sure to check the box next to each woman who you want to support. The poll closes on May 25, one week after the Eurovision finale. We want the women to be able to focus on their Eurovision performances on May 18. Dealing with the stress of this contest would simply be too much for them.
It’s up to you, Europe. Start voting now!
