Iceland, Eythor Ingi, 1

A few days ago William and Vebooboo snapped Eythor Ingi taking his girlfriend on a date to the local supermarket. A few days later wiwiblogger Deban Aderemi took a more straightfroward approach to coverage and scheduled a one-on-one interview. Eythor gets real deep y’all, telling us that his song “Eg a Lif” is all about how we need to make the most of the lessons life throws at us. He also explains why he’s chosen to sing in his mother tongue rather than English.

Not to editorialize too much, but it must be said that Eythor has emerged as a surprising heartthrob at Eurovision 2013. His long golden locks smack of a Norse god, and his solid frame suggests he could handle a long voyage across some very rough waters. Watch this video and succumb to his charm.

Beautiful song! If it will be not in Final, than Eurovision must be renamed to Balkanvision! 😉
