Greece’s Koza Mostra

Stelios Siomos, a guitarist in Greek ska-punk-funk band Koza Mostra, gave us all a scare today when it was revealed that he had been involved in a car accident. Thankfully he survived.

The band revealed the news on their Facebook page earlier today, adding that Stelios sustained only minor injuries but must remain in hospital for a few days as a precautionary measure. The group have now cancelled their next appearance on Tzia island. They’ve promised to reschedule.

And before you ask, the answer is no. Despite singing “Alcohol is Free” at Eurovision, there is absolutely no report that alcohol was involved in this.

For those of you who speak Greek, here’s their actual post:

The band recently released their first single post-Eurovision entitled “TI KANO EDO”.
