The 2013 EMA’s will be held on November 10th in Amsterdam. Along with Avicii, the man responsible for the 2013 Eurovision anthem “We Write the Story”: Bruno Mars, Daft Punk, Rihanna, Robin Thicke ft T.I & Pharrell, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, One Direction, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, Eminem, Jay Z, Justin Timberlake and Afrojack will be performing.

We’re sure Miley Cyrus’ VMA performance was inspired by Eurovision, so her EMA performance should be VERY interesting. With so many nominations, we’re sure our Eurovision stars will take a few awards home. Votes can be cast for this year’s EMAs from all over the world on the MTV website. Good luck to them all!

Ergh, I wish the EMA main show was awarding the popular acts from each country instead of what sort of North American music charts well there (besides a few). Maybe that’s too Eurovisionesque of me lol It’s basically a low quality repeat of the VMAs (not that they’re high quality anyway..)

The Portuguese best act is missing in your article. Mónica Ferraz (Portuguese national selection in 2000 and 2001) is nominated
