Earlier today SVT announced that songwriters and composers had submitted a total of 2,628 songs for Melodifestivalen 2014—the Swedish national selection. We’re fairly confidant that at least ten of them came from Thomas G:Son, the golden boy behind Eurovision classics like Loreen’s “Euphoria” and Carola’s “Invincible”.
Deban, a wiwiblogger from London, caught up with Thomas at Eurovision 2013 where he was supporting Georgia’s Sophie & Nodi. They were singing his sole Eurovision 2013 composition “Waterfall”.
You’ll have to wait until this fall to see whether SVT chooses one of G:Son’s entries for Melodifestivalen. But for now you can watch our interview with him in Malmö below.
