This is the moment Eurovision fans have all been waiting for. Broadcaster TVP has confirmed to eurowizja.org today that Poland will be making their much anticipated return to next year’s contest! Party in Warsaw, y’all!
There is currently no confirmation on how Poland will select their entry for Copenhagen. However, TVP has announced that details of their national selection process will be announced in January, with their entry selected by the end of February.
Poland first made their debut in 1994 and their second place that year remains the country’s best result so far. They last competed in 2011 with Magdalena Tul and her entry “Jestem”, but failed to qualify, finishing at a rock bottom 19th with 18 points.

OMG SOOOOO HAPPY!!! I never thought this day would come! I find Polish entries are often so underrated. It would be amazing if they won and could host the 60th Eurovision Song Contest. I couldn’t think of a nation who deserve to win Eurovision more after all their struggles. Best wishes in 2014 Poland!
WELCOME BACK POLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
