Destan—the French boy band hoping to sing for La France at Eurovision—have finally released their official lyric video. They are the last of the three contestants to do so, which fits with a trend. They are also last in our fan poll, “Who should sing for France at Eurovision 2014?” What they lack in vocal ability, they make up for with consistency!

Let’s review the current standings of our poll, along with each of their music videos / lyric videos.

1. Twin Twin with “Moustache”

At the moment funksters Twin Twin lead with 48% of all votes. Their upbeat number “Moustache” seems to be the most divisive entry this year. Advocates of the song say it’s original, unique and addictive, and that it will no doubt become a summer anthem in France—and maybe Europe. Critics say it is a gimmick and have even leveled plagiarism allegations.

2. Joanna with “Ma Liberté”

Joanna isn’t far behind. She has earned 37% of all votes for her classy number “Ma Liberté”. Her fans on our site have said it is a touch of class competing against two classless numbers. Y’all also praise her vocals and say that her song is the most appropriate for Eurovision. However, a few of you feel like she is better than the song she has chosen to sing…In any event, she is bringing the drama in this video. She was also the first contestant to put one out, suggesting her team is ready to fight for victory in Copenhagen!

3. Destan with “Sans toi”

Bringing up the rear in our poll is boy band Destan. They’ve only secured 15% of the votes cast in our poll. Our readers have described them as empty, shallow, and unable to sing, and suggested that they rely more on their looks than their voices. As one of you said, “they can’t even sing the studio version!” Not a good sign, people.

In the video we get more…pictures of the band. Honestly, they need to MIX IT UP. Pretty is not enough to win Eurovision….or in this case the national selection. Not even if you run around shirtless on the beach.

I love the Destan’s song. I prefer an older but good one than newest but bad.

Moustache intro sounds too much like Papaoutai from Stromae… too much to my liking. Sounds nice, but sounds like a copy awfully

I love Twin Twin – it’ll be an injustice if they aren’t selected for Frnce. It’s the only time I’ve been excited at the prospect of the French entry. Normally I just don’t care.

Along with Iceland, Poland and Ireland (apart from Jedward), I’m just not interested in the French songs

It will change this year if Moustace becomes the French entry
