Spanish Eurovision legend Pastora Soler has canceled all of her shows for the next 30 days, following her shocking on-stage collapse in Sevilla last Saturday.
El Mundo reports that Pastora is following doctors’ advice and is taking a month-long break. The singer will undergo various medical scans and tests to make sure that everything is fine.
The 2012 Spanish representative, who bares a passing resemblance to Princess Beatrice, is currently promoting her album “Conóceme”. She had six shows planned during this period in Badajoz, Valencia, Bilbao, Jerez de la Frontera, Malaga and Hueca. All TV and public appearances that the singer had on her agenda have now been cancelled as well. Concert tickets remain valid until the events are rescheduled, but can be refunded by request.
In a statement released to the media, Pastora Soler’s management was quick to reassure fans that the singer is expected to make a full recovery and that she will be “one hundred percent ready to return to the stage with even more strength and desire to perform.”
We wish the beloved Spanish songstress all the best and we will keep you updated with further developments.
