Anouk, Holland’s Eurovision 2013 contestant, has a bun in the oven. That’s right, y’all. Our favourite Dutch Eurovision contestant and Birds singer has revealed that she is expecting her fifth child, a boy. She made the announcement on Facebook this afternoon.
Anouk, who already has four children from two different men, has not revealed the identity of the father.
Her manager confirmed the singer’s pregnancy with the Telegraaf this afternoon. Yet the newspaper seems a little skeptical.
Although the manager of Anouk confirms baby number five is coming up, it is still possible that it is a joke. The big tattoo on her arm is not visible in the picture. Note also that a good friend of the Birds singer says she knows nothing of a pregnancy.

We’re not sure why Anouk would make up that she’s pregnant. It’s a bit too early for April Fool’s, and it’s not like she needs the attention. This woman is a star. Some have suggested she’s feeling down because her rival Ilse DeLange—Holland’s Eurovision 2014 contestant—is doing really well at the moment. But having to admit that she is joking about a pregnancy would be seriously embarassing. Surely Anouk wouldn’t do that?
We’ll know for sure when her water breaks. Or doesn’t.

@Derek P, this is her personal life, and she holds the full power of making her own decisions. I don’t know which newspaper has repeated this statement, but it sounds judgmental.
LOL. @Rashad: If you’re offended by a statement of fact, then you should probably write to every Dutch newspaper, including the Telegraaf. What you call “offensive” is actually adding context to a story. The fact that she hasn’t revealed the father adds another layer of intrigue / suggests she is not pregnant.

I think it is a joke and that the picture an old picture when she was pregnant from one of her older kids.
In an dutch talkshow in december she told that she has not an relationship at that moment….but you never know:)
Well, the tattoo doesn’t go all the way to the wrist, maybe is covered by what’s she’s wearing?
Either way, if this is indeed fake then maybe is part of a more elaborated prank for April 1st?
