Hersiana Matmuja, Albania’s 2014 Eurovision representative, has been busy travelling across Europe. Now she continues her promotional tour in Malta, where she has explored the capital Valletta and been on Maltese radio stations and on TV.

Hersiana stopped by TVM, the national television station of Malta, to promote her song “One Night’s Anger”. Hersi explained why she chose to sing in English rather than Albanian, and she also explained that after five attempts at the Albanian national selection, she’s ready to go to Eurovision. “My first participation I was just 16 years old,” she said. “Now I’m 24 and I think I’ve grown up enough to represent Albania in Eurovision.”

The female host on TVM tried to say ‘Zemërimi i një nate’ in Albanian. She pronounced most of it right—not bad at all, she just got the një a bit wrong. The hosts wished Hersi all the best for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest and her studies.

Earlier today Hersiana was on Radju Malta 2 where she gave the listeners even more insight into her song “One Night’s Anger”.
