Patrick: Carl Espen – The Nordic king of goosebumps! What a performance! The colours of the staging are soo touching, and the waves on the screen are a wonderful tribute to their country. And let’s hear it for those violin-ladies. Carl has a stunning voice – so deep and powerful he can melt icebergs! I think Norway will be in the final and will place very highly. Thank you for this wonderful performance!
Judit: It was amazing! This is my favourite ballad this year and Carl will do a good job on the stage. This performance is perfect for a Silent Storm. The violinists in the background look awesome and I love their dresses. Carl looks better than he did in the National Final and I think he has grown in confidence. I think Norway has more chance for a good place than Sweden. Go Carl! Go Norway!

This one is, by far, the most beatiful music in the contest; somehow, i’m not expecting him to win. The first prize will be to the UK, Hungary,or, for me the dark horse, Israel…
Not Armenia, please
The strong and silent image is sullied somewhat by the navvy’s tattoos. Roll down your sleeves, Carl.
The music track in today’s videos awful for some reason…
This is a strong performance. I like the piano and the marine theme in the background. The violonists on the bow of the ship, not so much. They seem quiter unnecessary.
