Our love affair with Jedward began in 2011 when we first met them ahead of Eurovision in Düsseldorf. John and Edward were always happy to snap a pic, and helped make Eurovision cool again with their over-the-top performance and energy. So when wiwibloggers Deban and Wiwi saw the boys standing in the press centre in Copenhagen ahead of the first semi-final we POUNCED. The twins tell Deban about growing up and standing on their own two feet—with new management and slightly shorter hair!

I love jedward, the nicest, most genuine lads I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet! I’m looking forward to their new album, it should be good, if the single, Free Spirit is anything to go by

I hate jedward, but, if Ireland ever want to win Eurovision again, or get a successful result at least, I think these two might be the only ones who can do it. Waterline as a song didnt suit them in 2012 and was a bit of a step down after Lipstick, they should have used Luminous in Baku.
I hate to say it, but please come back to Eurovision in 2015 for Ireland with a song as good as, if not better, than Lipstick.
